Rohde & Schwarz expands signal analyser for automotive R&D

Rohde & Schwarz FSW signal and spectrum analyser

Rohde & Schwarz is expanding the internal analysis bandwidth of its FSW high-end signal and spectrum analyser up to 2GHz by introducing the FSW-B2001 option. This lets R&D users investigate wideband signals in detail without the need for an external digitiser.

The option provides 14bit ADC resolution and wide dynamic range, characterised by the SFDR figures, for example -65dBc for 1200MHz bandwidth. This translates directly into signal analysis performance.

Ipetronik updates data logger for vehicle test applications

Ipetronik IPElog2 data logger

Ipetronik has updated its IPElog data logger for test applications in the automotive and commercial vehicle sector, especially for fleet management.

The IPElog2 data logger is designed around the basic concept and enclosure of the IPElog data logger, but has been improved in various areas such as the audio input, which allows the test driver to record verbal comments and noises event driven – for example via the iMic microphone and trigger button – for subsequent measurement data analysis.
